We always suggest to chose a package which includes a second photographer. It is really important for us to have the best coverage we can of what is happening in front of us: four eyes are better than two!
We'll be glad to stay in your company for the entire day, if it is needed.
We are Canon photographers, but we firmly think that gear is just gear.
